Organizational Structure Overview
FUTURITALIA is led by the Director General and is organized through the Office of the Director General and three divisions—Central Services, Recovery and Development Operations, and Regional Operations. Together, they provide the leadership, organizational capabilities, operational capacity, and regional presence required to advance FUTURITALIA's national recovery and development mandate.
Central Services Division
The Central Services Division, led by the Executive Director of Central Services, serves as the organizational backbone of FUTURITALIA. It comprises six branches and 25 departments— Administration, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Liaison & Communication, and Digital & IT. Together, these functions provide the internal capabilities and professional support required for the organization to operate effectively.
Recovery and Development Operations Division
The Recovery and Development Operations Division, led by the Executive Director of Recovery and Development Operations, serves as the engine of FUTURITALIA's recovery and development work. It is organized into six Pillar Branches—Governance, Infrastructure, Economy, Resources, Social, and Environment—each overseeing specialized programs responsible for developing and advancing initiatives, projects, services, and other interventions within its area of responsibility.
Regional Operations Division
The Regional Operations Division, led by the Executive Director of Regional Operations, serves as the bridge between FUTURITALIA and Italy's regions and communities. It is organized into three regional branches—Northern Italy, Central Italy, and Southern Italy & Islands—which work across all six Pillars to provide regional coordination, partnerships, intelligence, and service delivery.
Together, these components provide an integrated operating model that combines organizational leadership, internal support, program delivery, and regional coordination, enabling FUTURITALIA to turn national priorities into coordinated action and results across the country.

Office of the Director General
