Role-specific assessment, where applicable, with a practical exercise (e.g., technical, analytical, or written) to evaluate job-related skills.

Phase 4 — Interview

Competency-based interview, with questions provided to candidates in advance to support preparation and guide responses.

Phase 5 — Finalization

Successful candidates are subject to a background check and, upon completion, receive an appointment letter and onboarding materials.
